Meet Our CEO

My name is LaTasha. I have over 20 years of experience working in the IDD arena I have worked in multiple positions from a float staff at a group home in Minnesota to a Program Manager running 5 group homes, to a Residential Coordinator and Contract Manager in Colorado, and all the way to a Regional Director position in Colorado. Extended Care LLC was founded in 2017 with the mission of providing essential respite care for stay-at-home parents of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We are a small, dedicated team of four professionals, including an intake and compliance specialist, assistant manager, data entry specialist, and residential manager. We are trained and ready to properly and compassionately assist you along with your loved one with the home care needs and goals. What is a PASA?

A Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) is an agency that has been approved to provide direct community-based services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities approved for Medicaid waiver services.

Developmental Disability means a disability that is manifested before the person reaches 22 years of age, often attributed to neurological conditions when such conditions result in significantly impaired intellectual functioning and/or adaptive functioning.

PASAs may provide approved services through the Home and Community-Based Services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (HCBS-DD,) Home and Community-Based Services Supported Living Services (HCBS-SLS), and Home and Community Based Services, Children’s Extensive Services (HCBS-CES)
